The software provided is licensed, not sold. Under this agreement, we grant you the right to install and use the software on your licensed domain, provided you comply with the terms of this agreement. If you wish to use the software on multiple websites, you must obtain additional licenses from us. You acknowledge that the software’s code is encrypted, and you may not decrypt, remove, or modify any encrypted code, PHP scripts, or source files. We retain the copyright and ownership of the software, while you are granted a license to use it.

The script is licensed to a specific domain name. If you wish to transfer the script to a new domain, you must submit a request to our support team. We reserve the right to reject any requests, with or without providing a reason.

We provide free technical support for all software packages based on the specific package you purchase. The duration and extent of support may vary depending on the package.

All software sold through the KIR Chain Labs website (www.kirchainlabs.com) is protected by copyright law. All intellectual property rights associated with the software belong solely to us. You do not have any intellectual property rights to the software or any other rights unless explicitly stated in this agreement. You are only permitted to use the software on the licensed domain and under the conditions outlined in this agreement. We retain full and exclusive rights to the software, including any customizations or variations.

The software and accompanying files are provided to you "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. KIR Chain Labs is not responsible for system malfunctions, failures, or data loss. We do not guarantee that the operation of the software will meet your requirements or that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. You are solely responsible for selecting the software to achieve your intended results and for any use and outcomes derived from it. KIR Chain Labs is not liable if the software does not function properly on your server or computer. Should the program prove defective, you assume the entire risk of using it, including any costs for servicing or repair. Failure to install the program correctly does not entitle you to a refund.
